➢ Review all accounting transactions and maintaining proper books of Accounts.
➢ Assist Regional Finance Manager in Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS & local applicable reporting requirements.
➢ Primarily responsible to assist external auditors in performing annual external audit.
➢ Primarily responsible to compute VAT and prepare monthly VAT Return and Withholding Return in accordance with applicable tax laws and Regional Management.

➢ Compute taxes and prepare tax returns in accordance with applicable tax laws.
➢ Invoice evaluation and confirmation of withholding tax rate.
➢ Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
➢ Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
➢ Preparation of bank reconciliation statement.
➢ Ensure timely bank payments.
➢ Ensure tax and corporate compliance including replying to federal and provincial
notices of departments.
➢ Discussion with vendors to guide them about invoices and resolve their tax issues.
➢ Preparation of individual accounts, tax assessment and filling of income tax return.
➢ Assist Senior in reviewing of financial statements in accordance with IFRS & local
applicable reporting requirements in time.
➢ Vouching of transactions with physical invoices on sample basis.
➢ Tracing of payments in bank statement and accordingly in cashbook.
➢ Preparing working papers for the samples obtained and related observations made
thereon.
➢ Counting of stock-from list to ground and from ground to list in order to ensure
existence and completeness.
➢ Sending of external confirmation to suppliers and customers for the confirmation of
their account balances.
