➢ Configure and troubleshoot infrastructure networks like Core switches, distribution switches, and Access switches.
➢ Administration and Configuration of Routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS. Daily Support & troubleshooting “NOC team” for network problems Monitor for wire/Wireless network via (SolarWinds & PRTG & Huawei eSight).

➢ Hands‑on experience with Fortinet Products (Fortigate Firewalls, Forti Manager, FortiAnalzer, Forti mail, Forti proxy, and Forti sandbox)
➢ Update and monitor for security policies and access control “NAC” through Cisco ISE appliances

- Configuring and setting up of Cisco and juniper Ethernet switches, Routers, Security appliances, Audio/Video devices and applications, and VOIP telephony system.
- Provide steady-state support and management of Cisco Unified Communications systems, including Cisco Call Manager and Unity Express, CUCM, Cisco Unity Connections, Voice Gateways and Gatekeepers, Cisco Unified Operations Manager (CUOM) and Service monitor Server.
- Provide technical assistance and support for clients, and perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Provide 1st and 2 Nd level support for all hardware and software problems reported, documenting problems and solutions as required.
Perform new installations and updates for all IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, etc. Provide basic training to end users on both hardware and applicable software.
Identify opportunities and recommend solutions that will enhance or improve current business processes. Assist the I.T. Services group, where applicable, in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Supports and ensures operating viability of LAN (Local Area Network) for all hours of operation and reports any abnormalities to the network administrator; routinely tunes system for optimum performance.
Follows up on faulty hardware and software purchases by pursuing warranty advantage through distributors and manufacturers.
Ensures software, hardware and network installs, re-installs, upgrades, moves, changes and relocations are made when necessary and as required.
Assist on projects or special initiatives as assigned.
