1. Preparation of Baseline schedule based on the Contractual commitments.

4. Documenting Handing over dates of work front and drawings and highlighting delays of delivering fronts w.r.t contractual commitments to client via correspondence.
5. Monthly Progress Reports with Progress S Curves & Cash flow.
6. Rate analysis for subcontractors work
