 Involved in procurement operations worldwide from a schedule of approved suppliers, issued the P.O’s according to the FWB and the globally agreed contract price including elements of customs and documentation and the clearance of in transit goods.
 Managed project material planning, scheduling and procurement, bringing project to completion online and on time.
 Prepared and processed purchasing forms such as purchase order; obtains proper business documentation to validate, set up, assign and track vendor numbers; verified appropriateness of budget codes and availability of fund.
 Maintains a comprehensive database on manufacturers and TPIs conformance to set quality & inspection requirements.

 Receive, open, record, screen and distribute the clearance documents for Local and Overseas materials.
 Co‐ordination with Public Relation officers for timely clearance of overseas material, through Seaport / Airport.
 Co‐ordination /Follow up with stores about confirmation of deliveries made.

 Updating the status of deliveries and queries in the computer and e‐mailing status update to all concerned staff and co‐ordination with them.
