I'm the Editor in chief of the Arab Farmer Magazine, a free educational magazine for Arab Farmers distribute in (Jordan, Palestine, Algeria, Oman, UAE, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Sudan, Saudi Arabia)
Job Description:
Contact with the academic, expert agronomist, veterinarian from all over the Arab country to write guided articles for farmer, reviews all articles and photographs for accuracy, choose the latest subject in agriculture and veterinary to write about it, follow up the magazine design with graphic design company, send the magazine to print and deal with the best printing press company.
follow up the shipping and distributing of the magazine all over the countries and receive the feedback to improve the magazine.
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
• Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.
• Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
• Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Experience in domestic and agricultural insect.
• General knowledge of pesticides.

• Attended customers’ inbound calls and timely addressed their queries.
