Performance & Data Management:
•Manage a hospital-wide performance measurement system by analyzing, validating, and monitoring key clinical and operational indicators.
•Develop data collection and reporting tools, and prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for department leaders and executive management to support data-driven decisions.
•Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and perform internal and external benchmarking when needed.
Quality Improvement Project Management:
•Lead and manage hospital-wide Quality Improvement projects, with full responsibility for the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
•Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success measures in alignment with organizational priorities.
•Coordinate and follow up with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation, documentation, timely delivery, and sustainability of results.
•Apply structured improvement and risk management methodologies such as FOCUS-PDCA, Lean, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, process mapping, and FMEA.
•Manage multiple projects and ensure proper documentation, performance tracking, and continuous follow-up with stakeholders.
Accreditation, Compliance & Quality Assurance:
•Participate as a key team member in preparing the hospital for national and international accreditations, including JCI, CCPC, HCAC, AHA, and ISO standards, by supporting gap assessments, documentation, staff readiness, and compliance with required standards.
•Conduct internal quality audits and daily quality rounds to monitor compliance, identify risks, and ensure continuous readiness.
Training, Communication & Governance:
•Deliver training and awareness sessions to clinical and administrative staff on quality management, patient safety, performance improvement tools, and accreditation requirements.
•Support departments in identifying and implementing quality and patient safety improvement opportunities.
•Coordinate quality-related committees and multidisciplinary meetings, including scheduling, preparing reports and presentations, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
