One of the biggest projects I managed during this role was :
2014/07 - 2015/01 Shared Drive Restructuring Project (File Plan) - British Council
The objective of the file plan project is to address the issues around sharing, collaboration, retention and disposal, and legacy electronic files (inherited historical files or archived files) that are on the G Drive (shared drive). Achievements include reducing the size of the G drive from 232 GB to 45.8 GB and significantly raising the levels of Information Governance among British Council Jordan colleagues
 Managed the project in Jordan office including forming a coordinators team for the new G Drive
 Led the team and all meetings and workshops
 Assigned roles for the team; giving them support, knowledge whenever needed
 Planned the different project phases (Training, Design, Building the file plan, Testing and UAT, Records migration for Go Live date, Monitoring and Management) with the involvement of my team and the Senior management.
 Presented the project to staff by conducting several workshops for departments
 Followed up and helped teams to prepare their final draft for their department
 Arranged meetings for cross functional folders like Finance, Procurement, HR and Marketing
 Compiled all drafts, created the new file plan on server and submitted to management for approval
