• Main responsibilities :
o Developing company strategy, business plan, administrative procedures, building cost control center, pricing the Government Tenders for large projects, re-structure and development of organized that allows it to expand geographically and increase the sectors that are working with them
• Other responsibilities :
o Preparation of quotations and managing the government small projects ( less than 1 million ) which is signed with new customers like Air defense, Royal guard, Saudi Aramco
• The most important projects implemented under my administration :
o Renovation of 150 villas for officers accommodation in Military Industrial City (Ministry of Defense) Al Kharj city - SAR 80 millions
o Renovation & site preparation for main pharmacy to receive a PillPick system ( Automatic Pharmacy Equipment ) - King Fahd Medical City - SAR 1 million

• Worked in several various business and below are the most important ones:
o Trading in building materials (wood and carpentry accessories)
o Design and manufacture of decorative product (sky simulation system)
o Work with Saudi UAE's Cont. Co. ( grade 1 ) in the pricing and studying of many large projects like King Abdullah Gardens project (more than one billion riyals)
o Execution of many small project (less than 1 million) at Air defense, Royal guard, King Fahad Medical Hospital
o Contribution within the specialist team work in the preparation of many feasibility and technical studies for many real estate projects and building materials plants ( the most important one was (fiber cement board plant)

* Co-Founded the Establishment in 2005, achieved 3rd grade in 5 years, the
crew of workers reached to 150 employees, researched and deployed the
latest management systems, adopted the lates technologies to manage the
business. In 2010, the establishment was converted to a company as part of
the original business plan
* The most important projects implemented under my administration:
o Station extinguish fires - National Guard eastern sector
o Expansion of the General Hospital of the King Fahd Medical City
o Renovation & site preparation for different locations to receive a
variety of medical equipment - King Fahd Medical City
o Housing Renovation of King Fahd Medical City
o Design and execution of several projects, interior decoration (Office
of Art Company Princess Anoud, Prince Mishaal Palace, the
company's offices of Arabia Sasackora, the offices of BDO
international and several of private villas

Responsible for monitoring quality of execution of the projects,
which amounted to more than 200 projects in various types of paints, as
well as to find optimal solutions for paint systems and Control the required
