In my current role at NAFFCO, I have successfully undertaken various responsibilities, including the review and preparation of a wide range of agreements such as FIDIC-based contracts, sub-contract agreements, annual maintenance contracts, tender documents etc. I have actively participated in negotiations with clients to resolve commercial issues, ensuring compliance with legal obligations. Additionally, my expertise extends to handling insurance matters and developing internal policies to enhance legal protection and mitigate risks.
My previous experiences as a Legal Associate at Dr. Ghada M. Darwish Karbon Law Firm and as a Legal and Contracts Advisor at G4S W.L.L (Qatar) have further honed my skills in handling diverse legal matters, including arbitration, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and providing legal opinions on contractual clauses.
