Responsibilities
• Develop cost and resource loaded baseline programs using BOQ data in Primavera P6.
• Record and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on progress and requirements using earned value management technique, S curve, histograms for man-power and machinery at the construction site using Primavera P6.
• Reading and understanding project scope, IFC drawings, Bill of Quantities and specifications.
• Monitor and report on project milestones, identifying potential delays and corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits, track activities, and provide progress reports for informed decision-making.
• Assist in developing mitigation programs, recovery plans and revised plans.
• Maintain delay events register, documenting and analyzing project delays for future mitigation strategies and claims management.
• Assisting Senior Planning Engineers for delay analysis, EOT claims, and Time impact/window analysis.
• Collaborating with project team members to achieve project milestones on time.

Responsibilities
• Assist in developing project baseline schedules using Primavera P6 under the guidance of the senior planning engineer.
• Support in updating project schedules based on site progress data and preparing basic progress tracking reports.
• Performing cost loading and resource loading in Primavera P6.
• Preparation of progress S curves, resource histogram.
• Providing timely alerts to the Project Manager regarding delays arising from all parties and assessing their impact on the project completion date.
• Prepare look-ahead plans for the project execution team to achieve short-term and long-term targets.
• Preparation of weekly/monthly progress reports to the client/ consultant
• Assist the Project Manager in the formulation of strategy and activity plans to achieve the project objectives.
• Scheduling and attending the progress review meetings as required.
• Maintain delay events registers.

Responsibilities
• Tracked daily site activities and monitored progress to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Prepared bar bending schedules (BBS) for reinforced concrete elements in accordance with approved drawings.
• Developed survey drawings for Phase 2 of the solar project extension using AutoCAD.
• Managed and coordinated resources to support timely and efficient project delivery.
• Utilized Total Station equipment for accurate site layout, surveying, and alignment works.
• Ensured all construction activities were executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforced health and safety regulations by implementing safety protocols and conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
