Preparation of project schedule covering entire scope and within defined timelines
* Preparing Baseline program with complete cost and resource loading.
* Effectively scheduling and monitoring project deliverables in Primavera P6.
* Generating baseline schedules for tender projects with complete loading.
* To plan the resources and distribute to achieve the target and rescheduling based on the site
situations.
* Proactively monitoring upon Claims/EOT.
* Preparation of all types of charts (Bar, line, etc.) in Progress Reports.
* Coordination with the Client, Site Personal and Project Team regarding Site Activities.
* Effectively planning resource allocation (Manpower & Equipment).
* Periodically perform schedule update operations by verifying actual physical progress.
* Collecting periodic updates and preparing the Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports.
* Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REPRESENTATIVE CLIENTS AND PROJECTS
