 Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems, Websites, PCs, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
 Oversee provision of IT Support for 70 staffs in 3 offices and 3 sites.
 Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to end-users.
 Provide Sys Admin Support as required to maintain user accounts, DNS, DHCP, WINS, etc.
 Maintaining connectivity to the internet and VPN to Head office and Sites.
 Co-ordinate and supervise the efficient completion of all site projects.
 Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
 All new IT hardware components will have to be tagged with asset numbers corresponding to company standards.
 Prepare and submit documented history of all IT assets when required by auditors.
 Manage financial aspects of the IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
 Functions as a 'Help Desk' representative to answer various levels of information technology questions from users.
 Performing daily, weekly, monthly maintenance backups/restorative exercises, reviewing server logs for potential issues, as well as by ensuring that anti-virus software and security patches are routinely updated and functioning.

 Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, Local and / or Wide area networks, IT security and telecommunications;

 Guaranteeing the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision;
 Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to;
 Offering users appropriate support and advice;
 Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems;
 Performs the basic PBX support in Head Office;
 Assist in the maintenance of the business information system (point-of-sale,
 accounting);
 Update the POS database as specified in the maintenance requests;
 Respond, resolve and record problem calls from the restaurants related to changes to the POS database;
