Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems, Websites, PCs, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
Oversee provision of IT Support for 70 staffs in 3 offices and 3 sites.
Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to end-users.
Provide Sys Admin Support as required to maintain user accounts, DNS, DHCP, WINS, etc.
Maintaining connectivity to the internet and VPN to Head office and Sites.
Co-ordinate and supervise the efficient completion of all site projects.
Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.

Manage financial aspects of the IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
Functions as a 'Help Desk' representative to answer various levels of information technology questions from users.
Performing daily, weekly, monthly maintenance backups/restorative exercises, reviewing server logs for potential issues, as well as by ensuring that anti-virus software and security patches are routinely updated and functioning.

Performs the basic PBX support in Head Office;
Assist in the maintenance of the business information system (point-of-sale,
accounting);
Update the POS database as specified in the maintenance requests;
Respond, resolve and record problem calls from the restaurants related to changes to the POS database;
