Function - Information Technology - Enterprise Applications Management
Sub Function - IT - SAP IDM & GRC
• Implementation, configuration and customization of SAP GRC Access control (10.1) modules viz. ARM, EAM, ARA, BRM, Risk mitigation including SoD and SOX;
• Analysis, enhancement, and testing of ERP Solutions for new implementation & upgrades within ECC 6.0;
• Experienced in areas of ECC, HCM Security, GRC 10.0, 10.1, SRM, CRM, BI Security;
• SAP user and role (single, composite and derived) maintenance;
• Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions in complex scenarios;
• Central User Administration (CUA) and maintenance;
• User maintenance utilizing LDAP/Active Directory and single sign-on (SSO) for SAP GUI;
• HR/HCM Structural authorization design and development;
• Handled security for various modules: HANA, FI, MM, SD, WM, APO, HR/HCM, CRM;
• Experience in handling complex authorization issues, tracing, maintaining authorization object/group and activity;
• Working with business/internal control team/External auditors to perform security/control assessment.
SCM Executive (ERP Product: -SAP ECC 6 EHP (7.0)
Key role: SAP MM Consultant
• An active participant in all major customer and supplier negotiations and creation of Purchase requisition "Internal document for purchasing in enterprise" w.r.t Bill of material "BOM" as vendor requirement, to follow up purchasing document releases from VP and DFM end.
• Developed and implemented production and inventory optimization strategies.
• Oversaw the entirety of materials planning and purchasing, warehousing and distribution/logistics, from either internal or third-party logistics.
• Mentored the supply chain team for optimal results and future development. Process orders, credit memos, letters of credit, substitutions, return authorizations, and product complaints.
• Maintain extensive written, verbal and fax communications with U.S. and overseas customers and dealers; provide product and delivery information. Ensure proper and timely filling and delivery of each order; resolve collections problems and account discrepancies.
• Timely execution of task related to supplier invoices and payments. Providing support to the technical team by arranging standby/replacements during equipment failures. Co-ordination with across functional organization to ensure smooth commissioning of circuits.
• Ensuring timely delivery of order/service to meet the monthly Project target. Ensuring PO placement on the vendor for equipment & services if required.
• Developed and executed a comprehensive supply chain strategic plan which has driven optimal customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Inventory Optimization & Management: Ensuring appropriate and accurate shipping, storage of all product, Transmission & Fiber materials (OSP), including transit/imports and exports.
• Logistics Management: Ensure Logistics/Distribution by the most economical transportation methods and carriers to obtain the fastest delivery at the most economical prices.
Most successful companies today are using the supply chain to create a competitive advantage which enables higher margins and access to new markets/customers. Customer experience depends largely on supply chain efficiency. These reasons drive my passion for a supply chain. * Best practices of sustainable supplier selection in creating a green supply chain and corporate social responsibility efforts (05/2018 – 07/2018) * This research adds to the supplier selection criteria literature by identifying both environmental and social factors that can be used to evaluate suppliers in the Food and Beverage, Food and Staples Retailing, and Personal and Household Products industries * Study of the procurement practices in the Singapore construction industry (09/2017 – 04/2018) * The key objective of the paper was to understand the strategies to improve the efficiency of supplier selection in procurement management.
