• Handling various industrial projects from conceptual to completion phase including DBSP, FEED, Detailed Design, Construction, Commissioning and Operation

• Responsible to complete tender packages of various projects and change orders as deemed necessary in consultation with contract department of AGOC.
• Provide engineering input to prepare Five Years Business Plan, Mid-Year and Year-End Accountability Reports with the consideration of cost, time and Resource requirement for the upcoming projects of the company.
• Accomplished Asset Performance Management of Ratawi Platform and Khafji Crude Desalter area through the support of skilled Saudi Aramco team.
• Responsible to conduct the operational & technical audits of various facilities/projects.
• Acting as a company focal point to coordinate with joint operations to conduct any investigation for the identification of the root cause of the problems.
• Recruitment of engineering staff in view of future projects requirement to timely fill the positions, in consultation with Human Resources. Also responsible for the performance appraisals of engineering staff.
• Acting as custodian of the department’s policies and procedures.
Worked as Principal Process Engineer on Snapper Moonfish project of Exxon Mobile Australia Pty Ltd (ESSO) and responsible for the up gradation of the existing oil, gas and water separation facility. My prime responsibilities were to delivery the following deliverables to the client (ESSO);
• Reviewed FEED documents prepared by Shedden and finalized our scope of work (SOW) to be carried out for the detailed engineering design of the project by PSN.
• Updated and formalized production profile in view of new feed composition and prepared the HYSYS model accordingly.
• Prepared the demolition and construction PFDs & P & IDs.
• Reviewed existing Function Evaluation Charts and modified due to the inclusion of new equipment and operational philosophy.
• Prepared line list and equipment list according to ESSO standards.
• Prepared Cost Time Resource (CTRs) of the water handling facility.
• Reviewed operational and control philosophies of the new systems.
Participated in black startup, pre-commissioning, commissioning and smooth startup of Crystal Ocean (FPSO) in Bass strait Australia and Arrowsmith Stabilisation (onshore) plant and Cliffhead Alpha (offshore) platform in Western Australia. Participated during the FEED for FPSO “Shiraz”
• Provided operational and technical support to the site based team from Perth office on daily basis and coordinated with commissioning team to resolve outstanding issues.
• Responsible of Engineering Change Requests for any modification at plant.
• Prepared, reviewed and updated commissioning and operational procedures.
• Monitoring of process control system through Citrix Metaframe for remote monitoring of process parameters specifically related to Electrical Submersible Pumps.
• Ensured engineering functions are carried out in accordance to approved plans & schedules.
• Provided technical support to resolve operational and maintenance issues.
• Prepared, reviewed and finalised the punch list items and categorized them accordingly prior to start up of Crystal Ocean (FPSO) in Bass Strait.
• Coordinated HAZOP studies and closed out all HAZOP items

• Performed tasks as Emergency coordinator in Perth office and provided support to site.
• Provided assistance to implement Upstream’ s Integrated Management system (IMS).

Qatar Petroleum is state owned company and is involved in exploration, production and processing of gas, condensate and crude oil in Qatar.
Major Job responsibilities included;
• Provided technical/engineering support on process related matters to departments.
• Preparation of Scope of Work (SOW) for the General Engineering Services (GES) Contractor for various engineering studies, which are out-sourced.
• Reviewing P&IDs, PFDs, Cause and Effect tables, Basis of Design Basis (BOD), data sheets, Operations Manual and associated vendor documents.
• Problem identification, trouble shooting and root cause analysis
• Planned and prepared units for yearly maintenance
• Maintaining the quality of products in compliance with quality assurance system
• Managed all Engineering Service Requests for process improvement
• Responsible to initiate corrective actions on all control conditions, following up with concerned team to ensure that action plan is implemented in a timely manner
• Responsible for the trouble free operation of onshore NGL Plants Mesaieed. Major unit operations include Raw NGL Stripping Unit, Refrigeration Compressors, NGL Fractionation, Gas Dehydration by Molecular Sieves, ADIP Treatment Unit, Merox Treatment Unit, Tankfarm, Jetty operation and Utilities
• Worked in production planning areas and was responsible to prepare daily material balance report, weekly report and monthly production report.
OGDCL is state owned oil and Gas Company. In early stage of my career, I got an opportunity to work at Dhodak Gas & Condensate Processing Plant that was under construction phase.
Major Job responsibilities included;
• Participated in black startup, pre-commissioning, commissioning and smooth startup of Dhodak Gas Condensate Processing Plant, under the supervision of CEG, Australia
• Performed calculations for process plants efficiencies and capacity utilization
• Supervision of all operational activities and developed quality assurance systems.
• Planned various modifications to optimize production rate and improved the quality.
• Prepared procedures for startup and shutdown of various rotating equipment.
• Worked on Gas Condensate Separation, Molecular Sieves Gas Dehydration, Condensate Stabilization, Refining, LPG Recovery using Joule Thompson Valve and Turbo - Expander Re-compressor, Utilities etc.
Responsible for smooth and trouble free operation of Caustic soda, Hydrochloric acid, Ammonium Chloride, and Sodium Hypochlorite Plants. Efficient handling of Ammonia & Hydrogen gases etc.
