Duties and Responsibilities
• Installing andsettingupPCs, Laptops,

• Providing 1st line, 2nd line and workshop support.
• Installing Windows 7/ Windows 10 and MAC OS.
• Installing standard UWC software eg (MS Office 365, MS Office 2016, MS Office 2019, WithSecure, Global Protect, Atlas TI, and SPSS.)
• Diagnosing, resolving issues related to software and hardware,
• Setting up staffand students mobile phone and laptop onto the UWC Wi-Fi

• Installing Operating Machines for DOS Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows7.
• Installing MS Office 2010, MS Office 2013 Panda Antivirus and Kaspersky Internet Security.
• Installing pear to pear networks, Installing and setting up routers Installing network and USB printers.
