•Working in DETASAD as a FTTH Team Leader responsible to complete the 3 HBU installations per day given by the Planning team.
•Responsible to configure the STC ONT Device (G-240W-B) for Optical fiber & STC ADSL VDSL Triple Ply Device (HG658V2) for Copper Connection.
•Responsible to maintain the Inventory of Devices (Modems, Range Extenders, Jawwy TV etc.) & Consumable items on daily Basis.
•Responsible for each day completion report
•Responsible to maintain the vehicle log sheet & submit to admin at the end of the month.
STC-MST Project:
•Worked in DETECON AL SAUDIA K.S.A as SDH Core Transmission Operations Technician for the Optical back bone and Access networks comprising of NSN HiT7300 (HiT7060/
HiT7035/HiT7030), Huawei OSN/BWS (OSN1500/ OSN2500/ OSN3500/ DWDM7500/ DWDM8800/ DWDM9500 BWS1600G) series and IP/MPLS CISCO Routers and switches (ME-3400/ 3750/ 2960) series, in 2G and 3G based Network along with O&M of G.655/ G.652 Optical fiber cable system. Expertise in Huawei NMS Manager T2000/ T2100 & NSN TNMS and Oscilloquartz Synchronization solution (OSA series)
•Attending the Trouble tickets from the NOC (Network Operations Center) and making sure that they are resolved in time as per SLAs (Service-Level Agreement) Making sure that all the work being done is within the SOW (Statement of Work) as provided by the higher management any scope creeps have to be escalated immediately.
•Responsible for the Operation & Maintenance (Preventive/Corrective/Planned maintenance) and stability of the site equipment such as ALU, Huawei, NSN and Oscilloquartz.
•Good Knowledge & Hands-on experience of RTTS.
•Good Knowledge & hands-on experience in PDH, SDH & DWDM
•Hands-on experience in using different test equipment (OTDR, Optical Power Meter, ARGUS 152 Multi meter, VFL, IP analyzer, BERT, SDH & Ethernet analyzers.
•Hands-on experience on how to login different transmission Nodes such as
HIT7300/HiT7070/HiT7060/HiT7035/HiT7030, Huawei OSN1500, 2500, 3500.7500, 8800 & OSN9500 Alcatel Lucent Lambda Unite, AMU, ADM/16 AM1 plus ISM using craft terminal SW and web based applications.
•Hands on experience with the synchronization equipment OSA5585B, OSA5548C, OSA5581C, OSA5240 & OSA4531 (SSU & PRC)

•ABIS Traffic trouble shooting for Ultra BTS and Metro BTS of Nokia.

•Proper Labeling & Routing of optical fiber patch cards & 2mb cables.
•Performing the Operation & Maintenance of PDH & SDH systems.

•Up-gradation of Operational Hops from 16 E1 to 48 E1 and from PDH to STM-1.
•Commissioning, Configuration and Maintenance of PDH & SDH MW Hops.
•After Patching on DDF TX RX testing with LED & hard loop testing with loping card.
•Upgrade & Installation of New Version Software for Siemens SDH HIT7070, HIT7035 & HIT7060.
•Close the Work Order of Abis/Ater Expansion & Shifting Given by the Planning Team.
•Weakly Upload the VCDB (Data Base Management) of Siemens HIT7070 SDH Multiplexer.
•Internal & External 2MHZ Synchronization Clock Connectivity from Siemens HIT7070 to Nokia BSC.
•Proper labeling & routing of optical fiber patch cards.
•Trouble Shooting of network outages & providing solutions.
•Offering PAT (Preliminary acceptance test) and FAT (final acceptance test) to customer. Have experience of Using Net Act.
•Coordination with PTCL for acquiring of media and co locations and also patching and testing of Leased media (Fiber or DRS) being used for Abis, Ater and DIU.
•Media clearance from BSC to BTS including ET patching in BSC according to plan, hard loop testing, soft loop testing, Cross connection on HIT7070 and BTS sites, capacity enhancement between different linked sites as per requirement.
•Fan filter cleaning of Huawei OSN 3500, 7500 & Siemens SDH HIT7070.
•Installation of electrical STM1 to optical STM1 converter device.
Department: Operation & Maintenance Job Responsibilities:
•Patching of 2mb level connectivity from SDH Multiplexer’s DDF to the other Systems Such as TRAU, NEC DDF & BSC ET DDF.
•Making Connectivity of 155mb, 622mb, STM 16 & STM64 level by using Fiber patch cards from OSN (optical Switching Network) HIT7070 (Siemens) to the other telecom system.
•Then checking the fiber attenuation (dB loss) & received power with the help of optical power meter, OTDR (Optical time domain reflector meter) & final testing.
•Troubleshooting of Siemens links by checking RSL (Receive Signal Level) value on the terminal & IDU & ODU Performance.
•Perform Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of HIT7070, OSN3500, OSN7500 and NEC MW Links.
•Patch the lease line media & SCO (special Communication Organization) Connectivity in PTCL.
•Locally Login with (Siemens) radio System SRA4 for ODU & IDU alarms checking.
•External Alarms Connectivity from Siemens HIT7070 to Rectifier.
•Performed the Installation of GPS Oscilloquartz & Antenna.
•Performed the Installation of Siemens & NEC IDU & ODU.
•Obtained adequate knowledge of Generating Path profiles and TSSR.
