• MEP Estimation: Handled end to end pre contract Electrical estimations and detailed quantity takeoffs for iconic projects.
• BOQ & Scope Management: Managed, updated, and finalized dynamic BOQ pricing based on post tender clarifications and addendums.
• Client Clarifications: Reviewed tender documents to prepare and log technical queries, mitigating financial risks before final submission.
• Procurement & RFQs: Prepare the RFQs based on tender documents and follow up the procurement department for further assistance to get best quote.
• Post-Contract Management: Leading commercial tracking, variation management, and cost control for the ongoing JCQ project.

1. The Avenues Mall Project at Riyadh (Present) - 6.5 Billion Project.
2. SANG Hospital Project King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital and Residential, Utility and commercial Buildings in Taif - 2.5 Billion Project.
3. Onshore Maintain Potential Project (ARAMCO) Overhead Power Line & Cathodic Protection - 3.6 Billion Project.
Duties:
• Responsible for managing all project costs from initiation to completion.
• Review and study the Contract Documents such as Tender Drawings, BOQ, Specification, Employer Requirements and Tender Q&A.
• Applied FIDIC contract principles in managing variations, claims, and payment applications to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Prepare final Bill of quantity based on IFC drawings and compare with Tender BOQ.
• Quick MTO using AutoCAD, Foxit, Adobe, PlanSwift.
• Manage and assign MTO system by system to the Takeoff team.
• Undertake cost analysis for the changes between the BOQ, tender drawing, with final design drawing and prepared variation claims.
• Follow up on the Variation order from the client and assisted until approval was obtained.
• Prepare Sub-Contract packages and finalize the SC accounts.
• Receiving the sub-contractor Invoice and preparing the SPV (Sub-Contractor Periodic Valuation using ERP) based on approved work.
• Coordinate with Civil & MEP construction managers and prepare Interim Payment Application and submit to the client for Payment.

Pre-Contract:
1. Ministry of Interior Kingdom of Saudi Arabia-Medical Center (MC) in Riyadh - ABV Rock 4 Billion Project
2. Construction of New Customs Buildings for Passengers and New Border Guard Buildings in Al-Haditha
3. The construction of 400 residential units modern port number 1642 in Al-Haditha.
4. Security Force Officers Club in Riyadh.
Duties:
• Detailed study the technical information in tender documents and tender drawings received from the client and preparing the BOQ.
• Sending RFQ to the different suppliers for the quotation and preparing the comparison.
• Using estimating software “MAP” to create the resources and access the database.
• Prepare estimates by calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work and applying labor units as applicable on a project-by-project basis.
• Work collaboratively with others to discuss feasibility, methodology, and projected costs for projects.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain the factory fire alarm (Gent 3400) system and install new sensor, sounder & MCP.
• Programming and allocation the fire alarm panel each sensor, sounder, MCP.
• Handling the Fire protection system and fire pump (jockey and junky).
• Maintain and installing the halon systems.
• Installation and servicing the telephone, Intercom system and network cable.
• Maintain and servicing the automatic gate controls.
• Servicing the sewing machine control boards.

Responsibilities:
•Operator for printing machine (Dek, SemieDek, Ems) and pick & place machine.
•Maintained the printing and pick & place machines.
•Verify the running product components parts numbers and code numbers also the description of the components.
•Make the separate SMT components and THT components and then confirm that product was lead-free or lead add.
•Repair PCB if suppose facing any problem during the running time
