Handling 50, 000 Sq Meter of Terminal Operation of Petrochemical Project of National industrialization company (Tasnee) as an Offsite Logistics Operations with Team strength of 30 + members Including Receiving clerk, dispatch Clerk, Scheduler, Inventory Controller, and Transport Coordinator & Quality Checkers.
Key Responsibilities:
o Planning & Executing in bound and out bound of 30 k Mt of Polypropylene (PP) & Poly-ethylene (PE) in LDPE& HDPE Products, 21k Pallet Positions of 8 & 11 Layers and Keep track record of Complete Inbound and outbound of product and Containers (20 FT & 40FT).
o Daily Tracking and controlling of target assigned by Tasnee & Bafco is achieved & ensure Inventory is matched as per physical V/s System.
o Resource planning & its Optimum Utilization Monitor & supervising cost saving, Motivating, encouraging teamwork within workforce to ensure productivity.
o Preparing MIS reports & other statements and Sharing with Management & customers.
o Observing any additional activity beyond the contract & taking further Client Approval for allied billing.
o Assisting with the re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and performance evaluation and taking corrective action as required & deliver against departmental KPIs.
o Cross Functional Coordination with Internal and external Customers, Suppliers & other LSPs.
o Handling customer Complaints, Feedback & assuring 100 % Achievement of agreed SLA.
o Working through SAP on MM & SD module, Proficient in WMS application.

Key Responsibilities: Logistics and Business Operations Management:
o Across India Single window operator for Clients /Auto cars HO and warehouse employees.
o Implementing SOP /Directives as given by the Client and HO to match KPI.
o Follow up for Defective Stock clearance, Warehouse Space Review, Warehouse survey, POD Collection, Control on parts cannibalization and clearance of BBND (Billed but not dispatched ) Stock, track record of Multi attempt delivery.
o Administrating wide gamut of task i.e. UN accounted Inventory, Ageing Stock, shortages, pilferages, damages, mismatch material, replacement Pickup and delivery, Insurance & Claim settlement, Warehouse Contract Renewal, Vat form arrangement P&L Review and feedback to management, Follow up for on time Bill Submission and Payment Collection, etc.
o Facilitating Logistics support on Month end and Festival seasons to meet the sales target are achieved.
o Arranging immediate approvals for any value added services apart from the services mentioned in agreement, and follow up for bad debts.
o Visiting Client HO & local offices frequently to attain the higher level of customer satisfaction with continuous interaction with customers.
o Escalation handling, Timely communication & resolving client’s queries.
o T&D to warehouse Personnel’s i.e. Material handling, Report preparation, Perform Posting in SAP.e.t.c
