Handling the overall brand coordination of Tommy /Calvin/Moreschi & Rituals Cosmetics
Managing the supply chain and all Import and Export coordination of Footwear, Fashion, DG & Non-DG (Cosmetics) from other countries & GCC.
Plan and supervise import shipments, freight negotiation with shipping line and forwarder to bring the shipment cost and time effectively- This includes arranging the DG Labelling/packing after Warehouse pick up at origin and arranging the Reefer & MSDS documents for Dangerous goods.
Responsible to get the quotation and arrange the pickup for FOB, EXW, & FCA shipments-make the costing and proceed with the shipment with cheapest source.
Prepare the Pre & Post clearance documentations for Import (Import declaration, MSDS docs., System PO & ASN, Variance, HS code summary etc...) and make sure that the GRN is created in the system on time.
Responsible for coordinating with brand principal/suppliers/Buyers to ensure effective communication for shipment deliverables and documents on time.
ESMA CERTIFICATION for Cosmetics goods registration in UAE.
Preparing & arranging Invoice, COO, BOE, MAKASA, DGR- MSDS, OMAN IMPORT PERMIT, SFDA SABER, ECOSMA, COC, MOH, Re-export Bayan documents for GCC Imports & Exports.
Purchase order creation for Sellable & Non sellable supplies to the brand.
Item Master data creation and Product allocation to local and overseas stores.
PO and Payment preparation for Principal/Supplier & Vendors
Coordinating with Brand team for Order Projection and promotional activities.
OTB Preparation & tracking the buying
Transaction co-ordination and accountable in ORACLE for both inbound and outbound shipments
Merchandizing coordination and Item Master creation
