Production supervisor and carrying Project work on site installation and commissioning of blinds, curtains, roman motorized and manual

Fabrication of panels, assembly of casted aluminum blocks. Led lights, solar panels, interior decoration light assembly and installation works.

Its a plastic Injection Moulding Machine Manufacturing Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Texair Plastic & Hydraulics:
1. Raw materials receiving as per PO- Instant QA check.
2. Creating / maintaining Parts list for machineries.
3. Decide on make or buy policies for parts & subparts.
4. Product preparation and process - Process sheet (Auto-CAD Designing as needed).
5. Distribution of work based on competency of worker/staff.
6. Monitoring the work progress and reporting to superior.( meeting)
7. Follow ups for subcontracted parts and status recording.( by phone or by person )
8. Assembling inspection to confirm the model/diagram.( with presence of QA manager )
9. Conducting trail runs to check the efficiency and reliability of the machine.
10. Assuring the Quality and Safety of the Product - QA assessments.
11. Maintaining history card for the product so as to help quick service.
12. Preparing manual, certificates and other documents.
13. Trail run with the customer to check for any further modification or fabrication required.( Related to door, Hopper drier, Chute, Oil cooler, cooling tower )
14. Training - internal training for the staff, external training for the customers.
15. After sales service scheduling and monitoring, mainly service on ring plunger of screw barrel, screw rod, nose cone, piston cylinder assembly, Fitments, Hydraulic Valves, Heater and Thermo-couple continuity problems identifying by multi-meter.
