iv) Works as team leader of self Development FGMO logics & Graphics and Implementation in Emerson DCS as Combined Cycle Power Plant coordination set point as per requirement of National Grid.

i) Erection and Commissioning work of Mark-VI Control System for Gas Turbine and Distributed Control System (maxDNA 1000+Plus) for BOP with field Instruments.
ii) Maintenance of Instrument & Control system of GE Frame-9E Open Cycle GTG Power Plant. Specially works on Mark -VI control system for
GTG and Distributed Control System (DCS) for all BOP (Gas Booster Compressor, DM Water Treatment System, Electrical Switch Gear,
Process Analyzers.).
iii) Maintenance of Field Instruments (Pneumatic Control Valves with Smart Positioner, Limit Switches, Smart Transmitters, LVDTs), Velocity Transducer & Proximity System (Bentley Navada 3300 Series) Vibration Monitoring System, Erection & Commissioning work Electrical Switch Gear ( CB, PT, CT, Relay, Transformer, 0.4/6.6/11/132 KV System Protection etc.), Electrical Motors, Commissioning & Testing Work. (With Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd Engineers).
iv) Additional responsibilities is as Erection and Commissioning Engineer of New Haripur 360MW Combined Cycle Power Station, EGCB Ltd. Main
responsibilities are Monitoring of Erection and commissioning of Gas Turbine (MHPS M701F)(diasys netmation Mitsubishi Control), Distributed Control System by Ovation DCS 3.2 of HRSG, STG and other combined cycle equipment.

Instrumentation, Maintenance & Technical Support of all Measuring, Indicating, Controlling Instruments with their loop sequences checking in Ammonia & Electric Power Utility Plant having Steam Boiler and STG. Also have an Overhauling Experience-2008 on 2×13.5 MW Steam Generator’s (STG) and 180 & 120 ton/hr Steam Boiler’s Instruments & Control system, Water Treatment Plant.

Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Switchgear & Substation, Caterpillar Gas Engine Generator, Electronic and Pneumatic Based Control System of Chillers, Air Compressor, Electric Motors Extruders, sides, Maintenance of testing devices of Quality Control of PVC pipe.
