Conducting interviews and registering person of concern to UNHCR in a
timely and qualitative manner
* Providing counselling to, and responding to queries from, asylum
seekers and refugees regarding registration procedures and
theirrights
* Liaise with UNHCR partners as necessary for delivery of assistance
and other operation activities
* Conducting regular data quality checks to monitor the accuracy of data collected

regular informal contact and more structured reviews
Manage requests of visa cancellation, visa correction & visa replacement
* Take care of Access to Information & Privacy requests
* Analyze Student applications correctly & uncover fraud applicants
* Performs routine tasks including feeding baseline information into automated
systems
* Maintaining filing system, preparing, and maintaining various documentation
* Visa pasting and assist in passport dispatch
* VFS scan and communication
* PRD file creation
