• Present I am working in TBP.
• The analysis of refinery process intermediates and finished products from storage tanks and petroleum products. Raw Material: Crude Oil.
• Refinery Finished Products: LPG, Naphtha, URG, HSD.
• Refinery Process Control Analysis for all units like CDU/VDU, Cocker, Merox Units, Hydrogen, Hydroteators, Aromatics, & RTF, RRTF, MTF Tanks.
• Hand on practically operates deferent instruments; as per ASTM & UOP & IP method likes
ED-XRF for sulphur in % . Flash Point Apparatus (PMCC & ABLE) . Pour and Cloud Point Apparatus, Freezing Point Apparatus etc. Digital Density Meter & Density by Hydrometer. Read vapor pressure. BS & W by centrifuge, colour-saybolt, Salt containt, cu-corrosion, Silver corrosion, Smoke point, Mercaptant sulphur, Kinemetic viscosity, Volatility, Moisture, Total acid Number, Bromine number-Bromine index by potentiometer, CCR-RCR, & Doctor Test, %TS by ASTM D 3120, %TS in LPG Prod by ASTM D 3246, Coke Analysis by LECO, Auto Distilattion by ASTM D 86, And by Mannual Distillation by ASTM D 850 as well as Vaccum Distillation by ASTM D 1160 Etc.and solving its common problem.
• LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
Total operation of LIMS: - sample logging, Results entry, Approving the results, & Data generation.
