Data entry of transactions in the accounting system, Purchase and Sales Entries, Journal Entries, Payments & Receipts. • Tracking Accounts Receivables & Chasing Pending Receivables & Accounts Payables. • Bank and ledger reconciliations • Customer & Supplier Relations and assistance • Petty Cash Management • Monthly Salary Payroll of 25 to 30 employees on a monthly basis & WPS payroll for employees under the company trade license through exchange companies or banks • VAT Filing according to the FTA rules and guidelines. • Assisting Internal Auditors/External Auditor in finalizing the books of accounts & year end auditing. • Administrative tasks Instructed by Managers & managing directors assisting with day-to-day activities and operations of the company on a day-to-day basis. • Managing cash flows of the company & payments of the company • Managing Bank deposits & Cash deposits • File management/Bookkeeping the records correctly and up to date. • Employee File Management from joining date of the employee till end of service benefits. • Company Records documentation and safe keeping, ensuring timely renewals of contracts, Tenancies, trade license of the company.
