• Register and process applications for visas and citizenship, in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
• Create and maintain file records, maintain registers and databases, assist with archiving, handle accountable and sensitive documents with a high level of confidentiality and privacy.
• Respond to client enquiries either by phone, email or in person and escalate complex matters as per the agreed Post escalation policy. Accurately record case notes for all client interactions
