REFINERY OPERATIONS
hands on experience in maintaining Distillation columns, reboilers, heat
exchangers, chillers, cooling towers, centrifugal pumps, air
compressors, process instruments, reflux drums and tank levels.
Monitoring distillation columns, flow, tank level, temperature and pressure.
Hands on experience in fractional distillation and vacuum distillation.
Maintaining records of key productions variable such as production volume,
yield, plant uptime, utility consumptions etc. on daily basis.
Developed startup / shutdown procedure under the safe circumstances.
monitoring and operating the plant diesel generators ( 1250KVA & 750 KVA ).
TERMINAL OPERATIONS
Perform duties outlined by the terminal supervisors related to receipt and
shipment and operating all terminal equipment to safely load and unload cargo
as per operating plan.
Uses the terminal Automation system to prepare daily inventory reports, terminal
balance reports and rack activity reports.
performed the activities like ship loading/offloading, truck
loading/offloading, ISO tanker loading, flexi loading, PLT & ITT.
Performed the physical gauging, tank sampling and blending in all storage tanks.
Performed the pressure test of hoses, pipelines and clearing activities like stripping, pigging and line blowing.

-Emergency handling against all the static, rotary,

Participated in company meetings and assisted with training newly hired associates with machine operations and safety procedures.
