 Handling of Imports of Raw Materials, Capital Goods as well as export operations of finished goods. Vol. Annual 900 Containers
 Handling of all Import / Export Documentation as well as Operational activities including Transportation
 Checking and verifying all relevant documents related to Import like Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin and BL /
AWB, COA etc.
 Liaison / Co-ordination with CHA, Freight Forwarder, Transporter, Shipping Lines & Other concerned agencies involved in
Import related procedures
 Handling FSSAI, ADC, PQ, DRI, SVB, BG, PD bond related matters
 Keeping records of all Raw Materials & Capex consignments to avoid discrepancies in records or accounts
 Follow up with accounts team for the Service Provider timely payments
 Follow up with the concern factories for the timely materials receipt and GRN and any open issues
 Co-ordination with Accounts team for Customs Duty Payments, Responsible to resolve FSSAI, Customs queries if any
 Preparation of Monthly MIS, Dashboard, Detention & Demurrage Reports
 To Maintain Daily Shipment Tracker and sending the same to the internal stakeholders
