As a Co-Pilot role, to drive sound business decisions to optimize sustainable profitable growth. Acts as change agents, drive value creation and ensure stewardship and governance.

Responsibilities:
To ensure and support sustainable profitable growth - Ownership of all PNL lines of the Business
Establish Operational plan for the year, track actuals, gap analysis, providing insight behind the numbers, recommend corrective actions to close the gaps
