•Responsibility for Recording & checking of executed measurement.
•Checking & approving of contractors monthly valuation, final account & claims.
•Preparation of estimation for variation work. Checking of variation orders and forwarding variation orders to employer through engineer.
•Preparation of cost analysis.
•Preparation of weekly & monthly progress report.
•Attend progress review meeting with employer & contractors.
