There is increasing demand for these services not just from customer but also from organizations.
A unified globally cost efficient logistics service will offer competitive price and allow for between partner management and
scalability. Global Logistics allow configuration services in the supply chain management.

Management of $5M annual IT budget, project costings, maintenance planning, prioritization and change
management.
Management of 150 workforce and 40 plus interlock applications providing services for 5M users spread across
three regions( APJ, EMEA and DAO) locations.
Managing a team of three engineers covering an 80 hour operational week.
Drafting FYXX Goals and Deliverable .
Creating Roadmap and Allocation for FYXX.
Implementation plan of infrastructure, storage and backups.
IT solution design, specification and migration planning.
Disaster recovery planning and implementation.
Setting winning measures and metrics to meet requirements.
3rd line hardware, software and operating system Procurement support.
System performance monitoring and reduction of process bottlenecks.
Selecting and managing Resource vendors, software and hardware suppliers and associated contracts.
Chairing management meetings, making decision with outlining action points.
