More than twenty (20) year experience in Oil & Gas as Mechanical Engineer with professional experience in maintenance of rotating equipment (compressors, Gas / Steam turbines, and pumps)and static equipment (pressure vessels, boilers and heat exchangers). This experience is with the well reputed International companies such as ADCO, TAKREER (UAE), and BP (with CPECC) (Iraq).

Previous Accountabilities and Responsibilities in brief:
1- Lead the team to perform all maintenance activities according to the time frame with high quality in safe manner.
2- Lead the team for trouble shooting and contribute as team member for bad actors " BA" Root cause failure analyses "RCFA".
3- Provide technical support to mechanical junior staff
4- Manage and review spare parts availability and order necessary items.
5- Lead maintenance and operating teams of field facilities such as degassing stations, refineries, field processing facilities (FPF) and central process facilities (CPF) and other related facilities.
6- Supervise breakdown, predictive and preventive maintenance checks and tests on running equipment and machineries. Includes taking correct measurements of clearance, tolerance and alignment within acceptable limits using a wide range of precision instruments.
7- Organize the skilled mechanical fault findings, diagnosis and defect repairs of mechanical stationary & rotating equipment, which is indicated by regular predictive checks, or failures of equipment to meet design parameters.
8- Prepare/review projects requirement such as Bill of Quantities (BQ) and manage the projects in line with client specification, international standards and good proven engineering practices.
9- Manage installation jobs of Piping systems, Equipment, Structure & Heavy Gas Fired Power Plants, Cooling Towers, Cracking Furnaces and
10- Prepare/review rigging study for Lifting of Modules, Stacks, etc.
11- Rich experience in EPC including procurement and vendor correspondences (TBE “Technical Bid Evaluation”, VDR “Vendor Documents Review” and FAT “Factory Acceptance Test”), construction, fabrication, Pre Commissioning & Commissioning.
