Job responsibilities
• تخطيط, تنظيم، توجيه، و ضبط العمل لكامل الإدارة بما فيها من موارد و قوانين وسياسات وضوابط لتحقيق أهداف الشركة المعتمدة.
• Planning, organizing, directing, and adjust the work of the whole department including resources. Policies and laws to achieve company objectives.
• تحقيق هدف المبيعات العام.
• Achieve the overall Sales Target.
• إدارة و تطوير خدمات مابعد البيع ( توصيل- صيانة - خدمةالعملاء ) لتحقيق أعلى القيم في إرضاء العميل.
• Manage and develop after sales (delivery-maintenance-customer service) to achieve the highest in customer satisfaction.
• تنفيذ مهرجانات البيع.
• Implement marketing festivals
• التنسيق مع إدارة المنتجات والتسويق لدراسة السوق، و تصريف البضاعة القديمة و الراكدة.
• Coordinate with Product & Marketing Department for market research, and discharge of old and inactive merchandise.
• إدارة اتفاقيات العملاء و تطوير العلاقات معهم.
• Manage customer agreements and developing relations with them.
• مراقبة تحصيل الفواتير و حل مشاكل السداد.
• Maintain the payment of invoices and provide solutions for payment problems.
• التفاوض واستكمال عروض العملاء والمناقصات والمشاريع
• Negotiate and complete customer bids, tenders and projects.
• تحفيز فريق المبيغات لتحقيق اهدافهم
• Motivate sales team to achieve their objectives
