My role focuses on providing a highly available, robust and secure IT Infrastructure for the organization.
Key to the role is practicing strong critical thinking and sound judgement skills. Some of my duties include
managing Antivirus, coordinating with different application developers to make Firewall policy for different
entities. Conducting daily operational task with security devices.
Duties include:
• Managing, monitoring & add Firewall rules on ASA, FortiGate & Palo alto.
• Managing, monitoring & controlling activities of privileged users using ARCON PAM (Privileged
Access Management)
• Managing Email security Cisco ESA &Forti Mail do Email analysis to apply the required policies &
filters.
• Managing Cisco WSA Proxy
• Managing, developing, configuring and commissioning McAfee AV EPO Servers & Symantec SPEM
• Reporting, checking AV reports & block unknown Hashes.
• Managing Pulse Secure VPN
Duties include:
• Managing support team.
• Managing Troubleshooting AV Endpoints
• Using Nexthink for managing users machine issues.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for IT equipment.
• Create & manage users Account using Windows Active Directory.
• Create emails and mange users email requirement
On Windows Exchange server.
• Control file server sharing and permission.
• Manage Cisco UC devices CUCM, Presence.
• Add and mange Cisco IP phones.
• Add and manage Apple iPhones using Mobile Iron .
• Add and Manage Skype for Business users.
• Add and manage users printing using Pharos Blueprint System.
• Maintain manual documentation guide for the all systems.

-Managing Exchange server 2010 with Windows Server 2008 using VMware solution and HP servers
-Managing NAS storage & Backup system
-Development of network cabling and connectivity
