Post-Contract (Ongoing 5+ Projects)
* Review and advice on the Contractual Disputes
* Extension of Time (EOT)
* Cost assessment for amicable settlement
* Preparation of claim reports
* Recommendation of variations and claims, and Cost saving
* Prepare Monthly Commercial Report with Delay Analysis
* Issuing the payment certificate for interim- Statement of Completion- Final Payments
* Time to time reporting to RE & Director
* Maintain logs for claims-variations
* Arranging Commercial Meeting & Preparation of MOU
* Recommend on new rates
* Obtaining quotations from suppliers for PC and PS
* Close out report l Internal Audit for ongoing projects
Pre-Contract (More than 45+ Projects)
* Managing the Tender department including all the coordination and preparation of all the Bid Documents
* Check and review of Contract Agreements
* Preparation of anticipated cost reports (ACR)
* Preparation of Tender Analysis of Bids and Tender Report
* Preparation of Preparation of Quantities & specifications.
* Tender Analysis.
* Assisting in Establishing a Client’s Requirements and Undertaking Feasibility Studies Performing Risk and
Value Management and Cost Control
* Co-ordinate with Superior for Tendering and Attending to the Consultant, Client Meetings
* Time to time reporting to Senior Architect, Contract Manager & Estimation Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Preparation Payment Application
• Material calculation and preparing Material On Site
• Maintain tracking schedules for Variations, Day works, Payments, Final Measurement.
• Prepare, submit and Variation Orders to Consultants.
• Prepare and maintain records of all subcontractors’ agreements and payments.
• Liaised with Site Agents and Site Engineers to ensure that all works done on site are considered and accounted in the monthly progress billing.
• Sending inquiry & Negotiate with subcontractors & Suppliers
• Certification of subcontract works and issuance of Payment Certificates
• Follow-ups with the site team & QA/QC team for abortive works and additional works

• Inspected project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety.
