Objective: To plan, initiate and conduct sales process with the customers visiting the showroom or while on sales call and contribute in achieving the sales targets.
Carry out sales in accordance to pre agreed monthly targets and budgets.
Prepare/ maintain visit/ call reports/log highlighting salient features and advise the Manager of the same.
Report weekly/ monthly on agreed performance data, comparing actual with targeted/ budgeted performance.
Attend to customers visiting the showroom, initiate sales process with them paying attention to their needs and
offer a qualified advice on the specifications of the product.
Maintain close contact with prospect customers, make sales call and visit them to suit their schedule/
convenience. Introduce and follow up suitable sales prospects.
Maintain customer database and contribute towards the development of prospects list. Keep abreast of
competition in this segment of cars.
Provide highest degree of customer service and satisfaction at all times in accordance with the company's
sales policies and procedures to maximize future recommended or repeat sales.
Ensure that the customer is aware of all available extras, accessories and warranties.
Notify the customers of delay, changes in the requirements etc., if any, ensuring smooth conclusion of vehicle
handover.
Provide customers with qualified advice on vehicle finance and insurance facilities.
Participate in seasonal sales campaign and promotions to maximize sales penetration
Objective: Promote and sell new car models and ensure customer satisfaction of the services given during the sales process to retain customers back.
Determine customer requirements and understand their business flow to know their buying motives in order to execute an offer matching the customer’s needs.
Achieve the sales target set by the corporate sales management.
Building a long relationship with corporate customers & follow up regularly with potentials & current customers to retain them back.
Looking for new opportunities and acquire new corporate/fleet customers & arrange meeting appointments.
Compute and quote sales prices, discount and requirements for financing the vehicles.
Arrange delivery of the vehicles in coordination with new car storekeeper.
Explain features & performance of the vehicle, A&S services and suggest optional equipments (accessories) for the customer purchase.
Provide a daily visit reports, weekly plan and monthly reports to corporate management
Achieve or exceed or exceeding allocated sales target to contribute to company’s sales and returns objectives
Follow the KIA Sales process standards ( Prospecting, meeting, negotiating, … delivering etc.) to deliver highest lead of customer service to achieve company's objectives of customer loyalty and retention
Maintaining awareness of automotive industry, technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis and Auto Finance knowledge to help achieve personal target and company’s objectives and provide feedback for future planning
Provide, weekly and daily sales activities’ report to direct manager to ensure target and other KPI’s are on track
Keeping records and documentation to be aligned with rules, policies, regulations and procedures
Create maintain and provide accurate timely sales reports and forecast
Maintain, develop and build relations with existing and new customers via meeting, calls, and emails.
Assisting in preparing quarterly and semi-annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows)
Analyzing profitability, solvency, and liquidity positions using ratio analysis
Time-horizon analysis for balance sheet and income statement
Cross-sectional analysis for balance sheet and income statement
Making comparison with peers and industry figures
Making modifications to the financial statements to reflect the economic position from analysis point of view
Reporting to the managing partner directly
Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to strengthen teamwork environment
Delivering study reports of investment to executive management on new residential and commercial developments
Answering clients calls and inquiries regarding the company services
Explain services and offers in a plain language so both the company and the clients can fully utilize this services
Dealing with variety of people tempers gaining very good interpersonal skills
Passed CFA Level 1 Exams
