Advise staff, managers, and employees on all aspects of security.
Maintain physical security requirements for the corporate facilities as well as coordinate security-related matters for regional offices in Ten states.
Supervise, train, manage, and motivate security personnel including client employees and outsourced security personnel.

Spearhead a corporate security assessment working closely with outside professionals and consultants as needed
Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for Company which will appropriately respond to severe weather conditions, natural and man-made disasters, including terrorism.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures and “Best Practices” as they relate to security.
