Security and protection of Client's employees, facilities and assets.
Advise staff, managers, and employees on all aspects of security.
Maintain physical security requirements for the corporate facilities as well as coordinate security-related matters for regional offices in Ten states.
Supervise, train, manage, and motivate security personnel including client employees and outsourced security personnel.
Conduct facility inspections for security.
Review, development and implement corporate security policies;
Conduct internal investigations and provide detailed reports the Vice President and others as needed.
Keep senior management apprised of the ongoing status of corporate-wide security issues and emergency plans to ensure proper response in a timely manner.
Provide objective analysis and informed opinions with regard to any security and/or emergency planning related issues, situations or proposed regulations that can have a direct impact on Company.
Spearhead a corporate security assessment working closely with outside professionals and consultants as needed
Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for Company which will appropriately respond to severe weather conditions, natural and man-made disasters, including terrorism.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures and “Best Practices” as they relate to security.
