Works with Marketing and Operations to maintain a customer-focused attitude in all Company's digital touch points.
Planning and delivering technology strategies across the group of companies and update the digital strategy.
Plan, manage and deliver tailored IT related elements during project initiation to ensure IT infrastructure aligned to the
digital strategy.
Overseeing Customer data quality and ensure the databases segmented effectively for marketing activities.
Lead on the procurement contracts for services from vendors and assist with the recruitment of digital and technology
team.
Ensure Return on Investment through agreed KPIs and performance metrics evolved by digital and technology strategy.
Lead on the design of an architecture that supports business strategy, taking into consideration business processes,

Advise on innovative approaches across multiple platforms; stay current with emerging technologies and abreast of digital

Oversee the development, implementation and review of digital and technology related policies and procedures.

• Development scoping: work with E-Commerce Manager to investigate and document all development requirements, ensure all documentation updated with developers and monitor development.
• Implement the digital project plans within pre-set budgets and timelines; performing the tests, communicating the release updates to all stakeholders, to ensure smooth functioning of business.
• Monitoring project management tool, assigning and collating responses to queries
• Ensure that all digital projects produce the best user experience online
• Consider impact of all digital projects on the performance of the website and liaise with IT support to determine recommended solution.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
• Assist with the roll out the digital marketing plan and update customers.
• Organize and facilitate project planning meeting.
• Identify and resolve development and project roadblocks in coordination with the IT Support and Marketing teams.
• Keeping all stakeholders informed of the project status, and ensuring clarity in communication of action points and deliverables.
• Own the Responsibility of the overall sprint or iteration outcome.

• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
