Submit, follow up and collect all documents related to the issuance of employment visas for newly hired employees, including the processing of all related general procedures and requirements such as certificates attestations medical examination as well as any particular requirements needed for that.
Renew, update and maintain all employees' visas, emirates ID. labor cards, labor contracts and other related documents in a timely manner to ensure that Company's records are up-to-date and can be easily retrieved if needed.
Responsible for the timely renewal and processing of all company / corporate legal documents such as trade licenses, industrial licenses, company cards etc., and constantly maintaining the updated documents in the assigned hard and soft files
Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation government agencies such as Ministry foreign affairs, Ministry of Economy, Finance, Customs, Courts, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department and Municipalities etc.
Ensure the timely notification to employees on a required documents before their visa expires
Assist in acquiring visas from Embassies of different countries in the UAE for staff members going on business related travels
The proper and timely management of the company's fleet of vehicles in terms of legal registrations and insurances and proper handling and usage by the assigned vehicle users.
Stay updated on any new legislations or laws related to companies and businesses including those related to labor and employment and notify management and all personnel and HOD's of these new laws
