• Assist and guide customers to install and configure Oracle software products.
• Analyze customers’ already installed software and hardware environments; identify any flaw in their environments setup and configuration that impact Oracle products.
• Help customers to fix any setup or configuration issues in their software environment to maintain normal operation.
• Guide customers to adjust their software environment to achieve optimal performance of various Oracle products, this includes configuring Oracle products, operating systems, and hardware.
• Use traces and test cases to identify, test, debug, diagnosis any software code bugs in customers’ Oracle products, provide and test patches to the customer, that fix program code errors to maintain both the utility and warranty of customers’ Oracle products.
• Teach customers about the current functionality provided by Oracle products, their limitations, what they can or cannot do, and create enhancements for them to add more desired functionality to Oracle products.
• Provide customers with help on how to use Oracle products, this includes providing examples to customers on how certain functionality can be used and achieved.
• Create knowledge documents that are provided to various customers to help them to install, configure Oracle products and diagnosis, and solve routine software issues themselves.
• Participate in developing and testing of new Oracle product releases before they are made ready for customers.
• Build in-depth knowledge of Graphical information System GIS, Search engines, text lexers, and XQuery.

• Provide early life support for Applications’ releases and provide training to applications’ users.
• Provide input to project managers to create project plans, this includes collecting metrics, creating time estimates, and applying quality methods with focus on Six Sigma.
• Build in-depth knowledge of business logic and IT design in areas of billing, banking, and healthcare.
