Nature of Duties and Responsibilities:
➢ Co-ordination and administration of MEP related materials, equipments and drawing submittal in accordance to the specifications.
➢ Follow up closely procurement schedule and confirmations of delivery for material and equipment.
➢ Ensuring that MEP work is executed on site in accordance with the contract- drawings, specification, approved mock-ups and method statement.
➢ Review, control and approval of MEP subcontractors work procedures and method statement.
➢ Carry out inspections on site and ensure that installation is in accordance with specification.
➢ Ensure that As Built Drawings and O & M manuals and related documentation are prepared, reviewed, submitted and approved in a timely manner and in accordance with contract requirements.
➢ Checking that MEP valuations correspond with progress and checking of variations.
➢ Reviewing the various other sub-contractor technical submittal / proposal where MEP is involved.
