ELECTRONIC MAINTINANCE SPECIALIST:
• Managing all electrical technicians and engineers in production.
• Responsible for electrical spare parts planning, budgeting, and Inventory management as well as forecasting and ASP (Annual Strategic Planning).
• Responsible for planning and scheduling Predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Responsible for electrical technical review of all potential new machinery.
• Part of the Process improvement team handling LCO Project.
• SAP Maintenance Planner & Production.
TEAM LEAD:
• Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
• Responsible of a Production line (Material Planning - 5S3R - Production Yield - Machine Efficiency Quality Control - Production OEE-EHS).
• Leading two production line teams-2 maker machines, 4 packer machines- including -12 Operators, 8 Catchers, 3 Mechanical technicians, 1 electrical technician.
:ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER-
Responsible of providing electrical maintenance for all types of Ac/ Dc motors and frequency - drivers/ inverters.
• Repair and installation for all process instruments (pressure switches, sensors, flow meters, etc).
• Repair, maintenance, and installation of process control system including Programmable logic controllers PLC, HMIs system, etc.
• Implementing of TPM in coordination with production team for increasing machines availability and decrease downtimes.
• Write a technical and commissioning reports whenever is needed.
• Organizing, installation and commissioning of all new production machines.
• Member of safety task team & safety dialog issues.
• Responsible for all production lines (FOCKE packing machines, MOLINS making machines, HAUNI making machines and Duplex packing machine, LEIBINBER Printing Machines, koenig & Bauer).
• Handling Maintenance and overhaul jobs for various production machines of high, medium, and low voltage and buildings as well as Machine rebuild and wiring.
• Ensure proper shift handover, daily logging of machine breakdowns and downtime in addition to identifying & ordering all relevant spare parts
