Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal
entries, general ledger, payroll processing, reconciliations, and month-end
closing
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely reporting
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and oversee daily banking transactions
including LC documentation
Manage petty cash operations and prepare monthly petty cash summary reports
Handle high-volume cash and cheque deposits on a daily basis
Ensure proper documentation, financial record-keeping, and support internal
control procedures
Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis
Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and variance reports for management
Monitor budgets, control expenses, and support cost optimization strategies
Process accounts receivable transactions in ERP and ensure timely resolution
of customer queries
Prepare invoices, statements, and follow up on outstanding balances to
maintain cash flow
Generate monthly accounts receivable aging reports and support financial
reviews
Perform accounts payable functions including verifying, classifying, and
recording supplier invoices
Ensure accurate 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice) and timely transaction
entries
Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports to support cash flow planning
Process payroll for employees and ensure timely salary disbursement
Prepare WPS files and handle employee salary-related queries
Manage employee leave records and benefits administration
Perform physical inventory verification and support material planning to optimize
stock levels
Prepare inventory reports and assist in operational planning
Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure accuracy and performance
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
Perform additional duties as assigned

Perform bank, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations and handle daily banking
activities
Manage administrative duties including office coordination, cash handling,
documentation, and customer service
Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial statements
Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely reporting
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and assist in audit processes
Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned
