Job Title: Technical Manager
Project: King Faisal Air Academy Project in Majma’ah - (BSS - Joint Venture)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Team Leader for Roads Engineers, Wet and Dry Utilities Engineers, Quantity Surveyors & Drafting team.
• Preparation of shop drawing with the coordination BIM models for all Infrastructure Disciplines (Grading, Roads, Storm Drainage, Sanitary Drainage, Potable Water, Fire Water, Irrigation, Landscape, Telecom, Electrical Power and Street lighting).
• Preparation of material submittals to get the approval from consultant & client
• Preparation of Variation orders
• Interface plan with other contractors in KFAA project.
• Purchase orders preparation for suppliers.
• Ordering the material as per project needs.
• Attending meetings with Consultant, client & all project parties.
• Checking & Approval for Subcontractor invoices.
• Follow up with authorities approvals (Ex. Saudi Electrical Company (SEC), Civil defense, RSAF Air Police & DCIT).
Job Title: Roads & Bridges Supervision Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervising and coordinating the construction works to achieve construction in accordance with the Contract documents and Specifications.
• Monitor the performance and assist the supervision staff i.e. road and bridges inspectors, surveyors, and materials, Quality teams and the construction team to help resolve the construction issues.
• Managing and review Contractors Technical Queries (TQs), approval of IFCs and shop drawings coordination with the relevant disciplines within supervision team and preparing responses with solutions to the issues.
• Assisting in the submittal review and approvals i.e. shop drawings, materials submittals, method statements, progress reports etc.
• Ensuring implementation of quality in Road and Bridges construction works by strict adherence to the quality procedures and requirements
• Leading and assisting on all the re-design activities on the project i.e. capacity enhancements in the approved design as per Client request, making adjustment to design to suit site conditions, providing access to the stakeholders and the neighbourhoods.
• Coordinating with the interfacing projects and helping to resolve design issues at / near the tie-in locations
• Preparing technical minutes of meeting and writing letters to Contractor, Client and the interfacing projects.
• Monitoring progress against the approved construction schedule and review the Contractor’s progress reports

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementation and monitoring of all Civil related works at site as per approved drawings and project specification and safety rules.
Projects:
Owner: General Authority for Roads, Bridges, and Land Transport (GARBLT).
1-Upgrading Cairo/Alex/Matroh Desert Road to Freeway:
-The project including (Stretch 1&2) of 50km length roads and (5) Interchanges of Pre-stressed Box Girder type.
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Structures Department) Tanta University, Egypt (June 2008) Major Grade : Good. Graduation Project : Design of steel structures. Project Degree : Excellent.
