Pure Management Role which its duties are:
- Ensure all functions mentioned below are carried out in an efficient and effective manner whilst providing maximum security support to SCCT activities.
- Manage security operations ensuring that security procedures are implemented and followed as per the SCCT Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate all emergency / crisis management assets providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise.
- Provide additional operational support and guidance to the regional security teams as required.
- Liaise with and report to the Security Manager to ensure that all relevant security information is disseminated in a timely manner to the appropriate offices, staff and other stakeholders as required.
- Develop a working relationship with personnel and a comprehensive working knowledge of SCCT clients security system.
- Work closely with the security manager to develop an effective security plan to support operations and SCCT INTEL.
- Task and guide security teams and personnel to conduct security assessments and threat analysis as required, and where necessary provide feedback on proposed mitigation strategies for country and and regional specific threats.
- Assist the design and implementation of project related security strategies, policies and standards and establish a concrete course of action for their implementation and review.
- Liaise with the Security Manager to ensure that training procedures and policies are implemented within the project to an acceptable standard.
Responsible of the the machines full electrical maintenance that includes:
- Full re-wiring processes
- Handling the installation of SIEMENS PLC control system
- Maintaining the constant operation rate
- Testing the automated and manual operations
- Safely re-entering the fixed machine to the production line
Was initially hired to start an organizing department in the company which the company can start promoting it as a service provided in its branches.
Selected Accomplishments
♦ Successfully trained around 25 trainees with 20 as average age.
♦ Successfully initiated and launched the On Spot Training theories.
♦ Successfully executed many events such as Mashrou’ Leila Band concert, High school and universities’ graduations.
Accomplished summer training at Alex Pack in the maintenance department.
Accomplished summer training at ACC in Machinery Systems, Design & Installation and Systems Control and Monitoring.
Was Initially hired to take over the newly created and opened software house, iKiwi. The main aim of my position was to create marketing and sales teams, get along with them through the training program and get them ready to conquer the market and introduce the idea of mobile application marketing and explain its main features. With constant progress of the teams, I was promoted to take over the mother company, Integral’s, marketing and sales team and proceed with them with the same process. The main difficulties of this position begins with the difficulty of introducing a new idea to the Alexandrian market such as mobile apps, while on the other hand, the major difference between the two fields of both companies.
Selected Accomplishments
♦ Successfully trained fresh graduates and get them to sign their first deals.
♦ Successfully signed major deals such as Cardio Alex, EGP 26, 230 and others.
♦ Successfully introduced ikiwi to major clients and did make a reputation of it within the first few months of work
♦ Reached deals with Alexandria’s universities, governmental and private sectors, to a successful conquer to the B2C fields while maintaining the B2B field basis.
♦ Established and built successful partnerships with vendors, hotels, event management companies, and production services companies.
It was a challenge for me to work in a new and enclosed environment as the IT community. Was hired to take over all the business related tasks of the company, handling all the current clients’ contracts and deals while on the other hand expanding the company’s clients’ database through an organized marketing plan. Clients’ database was not just about the Egyptian market, it was expanded widely through the Middle East, Europe and American Continent.

♦ Handling the Egyptian Presidential Elections server’s security in Association with e-space and the Egyptian Government.
♦ Been contacted by Codded In Country organization to publish an article about Spirula as being one of the top server administration companies in Egypt and the Middle East.
♦ Re-established the lost communications and good relationships with other clients.
♦ Reached an agreement with Redington Gulf to be a certified Redhat partner and official distributer in Aleandria.
♦ Successfully took over Innov8’s Cairo and Alexandria servers in a split deal action.
Initially hired to introduce dubizzle to the Egyptian community as being the the first online free buying and selling engine throughout ground and online marketing camaigns.

♦ Fully trained the Alexandria marketing team.
♦ Successfully carried dubizzle.com.eg, with the managing directions of Nada Qureshi, from the 5, 700 ranking to the 96 rank in only 8 months.
♦ Smouha club event for 3 weeks in Ramadan
♦ Barter deals with real estate and recruitment agencies.
♦ Coordinating with media, outdoor advertising, bulk listings, production companies and suppliers.
♦ Reaching market information for potential marketing campaigns.
