To design, manage and support, under the general guidelines of the CEO, all sales, Marketing and Call center activities of the Business Units to further develop the company’s potential and enlarge its market share through directing and assisting the sales team and establishing annual sales plans and strategies.

Respond to customers shipments inquiries
Register track & trace requests and pre - alerts
Provide transit time & rates information
Register customer’s complaints
Record sales leads & operation leads
Ability to cover all express centers in Egypt
Increase Gazzaz’s market share
Complete daily end of day reports showing the status of daily sales
Approach new potential customers
