Responsibilities:
•Participating in the restructuring of the Pan Gulf Group due to the expansion.

•Ensuring and verifying accuracy and transparency of financial and accounting reporting and effective information management system in supporting company objectives.
•Assessing the viability of internal control structure, preparation procedures of audit reports and financial statements.
•Evaluating cash flow planning, liquidity and financial flexibility and risk for the company.
•Reviewing and auditing the effectiveness of corporate finance, techniques, utilization of available funds, cash management and budgetary control system.
•Developing and implementing guidelines for internal auditing procedures.
•Evaluating & determining audit findings effects on company financial & operational effectiveness and presenting appropriate courses of actions.

•Reviewing efficiency & effectiveness of financial administrative and operational procedures.
•Performing due diligence to reduce the risks exposure through in-depth analysis of financial & accounting including; net assets, taxation liabilities, financial control system, funding structure and cash flow.
•Analyzing capital expenditures plans and preparing cost & benefit analysis.
•Reviewing and recommending changes to accounting policies & procedures.
Responsibilities:
•Manage portfolio of 60 clients (large and medium size) with regard the audit of financial statements, various sectors and industries, design / approve tailored audit plan, manage interim and final audits, review audit staff work, conclude on and report on the financial statements.
•Clearance of the clients' affairs with the Directorate of Zakat and Income tax.
•Manage other special assignments.
•Responsible on searching and extending solutions for problems reported by the clients.
•Maintain strong and professional relation with the clients at various levels (Owners and Management).
•Maintain Professional relationship with members of audit team.
•Carry on planning, performance evaluation of audit staff and budget.
