Managing the team and driving to provide end-to-end business management for all Consumer Insights projects involving Data Acquisition (DA); take complete ownership of business in the context of resourcing, quality, cost and timelines.

The Junior Campaign Measurement & Performance (CMP) Lead in the Sales & Marketing Service Center (SMSC) is supporting the marketing community by assisting the CMP Lead in providing insights into the best available data, tools, and services for executing customer campaigns. The Junior CMP Lead is involved in campaign planning, execution, reporting and analytics.
• Produces Sales & Marketing reports & analysis.
• Conducting market research, preparing and submitting the reports to the board.
• Monitors & reports on sales and profits evolution from previous year to another.
• Prepares budget, forecasts and mid-term business plan.
• Contributes to Indicators, Dashboards & Reporting tool enhancement.
• Create, maintain and organize marketing communication tools: Brochures, Price lists, Ads, Seminars, etc…
• Supervising all the outsourcing Marketing Campaigns.
• Work deeply in strategic studies and presentations.
• Responsible for Market share and segmentation analysis.
• Monitors which product & accounts are adversely affecting company results either positively or negatively.
• Develop and maintain the Company's official website; keep site content updated in coordination with the webmaster.
• Consolidates opportunities portfolio, new business signatures or lost.
• Performs pricing analysis and assists Marketing in developing pricing strategies.
• Centralizes all information available about the market and Identifies market potentials.
• Create, monitor and responsible for all the E-business Sales & Marketing tools.
• Follows the Sales & Marketing action plans.
