Responsible for conducting and carrying out work procedures and activities in accordance to the company procedures for purposes of installing, modifying, preparing, delivering, constructing, integrating, finishing and completing programs, systems, structures

Responsible for encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Responsible for establishing long range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve these objectives.
Responsible for estimating the characteristics of materials, products, information, estimating sizes, distances, and quantities, determining time, costs, resources, and materials needed to perform a work activity.
Responsible for scheduling events, programs, activities, as well as allocate roles for each team member.
Responsible for providing consultation and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-related, or process related topics.
Inspects and reviews construction work, repair projects, and reports to ensure work conforms to specifications.

To schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.

To prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Observing the safety procedures followed by the contractor and issuing instructions as necessary to correct safety violations
Liaising with the consultant and design team to reach the highest standards within the project.
Complying with all Company policies, quality procedures, statutory regulations and project specifications

Responsible for Residential Building At Culture Village Al Jadaf.

Responsible for Bay Square Project at Business Bay (13 commercial, Residential Towers)

Responsible for construction and finishing work for The Dubai Mall project.
Dubai Mall is A four-storey retail mall with 1, 300, 000 sq. m. Area, marking to be the Biggest Mall in the World, consisting of mezzanine levels to each full storey with approximately 515, 000 sq. m. Leasable area including food and entertainment outlets, integrated parking facilities, water terraces, aquarium, promenade and boardwalk, ice rink, district cooling plant to serve the Mall and the adjacent Burj Dubai Tower, external works and services.

Responsible for construction and finishing the City Stars Heliopolis Project \{golden pyramids plaza project\} one of the largest high standing buildings complex in the Middle East, with a total built area of 800, 000 sq. m., comprising 3 Hotels(Intercontinental, Meridian, & Crown Plaza), 8 Offices and Apartments Towers, Furnished Apartments Towers, a Commercial Center of approximately 400, 000 sq. m. plus a full range of amenities, equipments, hard and soft escaping, etc.
-And American University in Cairo Academic Center I Project, AUC Academic Centre I is one of education complex constructed for AUC School of Engineering Sciences & Theatre
