Setting the Budget for each location and follow-Up with all the Club Managers regarding archiving there Target.
My Scope of work cover the following points:

4. Promotions & Events
5. Customer Service
6. Reports
I am required to generate leads from the industry sources such as Oil Drilling, Ceramics, Paints, Glass.
I am responsible for prospecting as well as developing new business at any new field.
I am required to visit customer facilities for evaluating needs, as well as developing solutions, also getting their forecast of items we supply.
I am required to present the prospects with meaningful solutions.
I am required to address the complaints and queries of our customers.
I am also required to manager each sales in his field throw his monthly reports.
I am required to report directly to the CEO of the Company.
Manage the Sales Managers of the fields:
Paints.
Pesticides & Fertilizers.
Petrochemicals & Petroleum.
Detergents & Disinfection.
Cosmetics.
Textiles.
Water Treatment.
Ceramics, Glass & Glazes.
Setting the sales Targets & Sales Volumes of the department.
Follow-Up the Department Achievements of Goals set by the General Managers and Chairman.
Setting the Customers Quota and their Credit Notes and follow-up their Payment Role.
Opening new market for the Sales Managers in different application and helping them to achieve the maximum volume of the customers.
Establish research methods and design formats for data gathering and analysis.
Collect data on products, services, customer’s needs, purchasing power and buying habits.
Gather data on competitors’ products, service and analyze their marketing methods and strategies.
Analyze data to forecast marketing trends and to identify potential markets.
Determine what actions should be taken to improve products or service and aid sales and distribution.
Prepare reports of surveys and research studies in written, graphic, pictorial and tabular forms.
Check consumer reaction to new or improved products or service.
Shared in increasing the sales from 60 million LE to 120 million in one year.
Handling the Forecasts between the Company’s and the Import Department and the Warehouses.
Solving any Problems Fasces the Customers.
Handling the Payments of the Key Account Customers.
Supervision of the Sales for the Slow moving Items.
Responsible for the Suppliers Visits.
Belding Strong Relationship with the Customers.
